As a parent to two young children, Lee understands first-hand the beautiful experiences, and also the challenges, that come with parenting. She draws on her parenting knowledge and strategies every day to prioritise connection, not perfection! Two things she really values in her parenting are saying less and listening more, and letting go a bit to take the pressure off everyone. This approach leads to less stress, more enjoyment, and helps her meet children where they are, rather than parenting from a place of fear.
Lee is a Parenting Consultant with a Bachelor Degree in Psychology and Children and Family Studies. Her passion lies in supporting families to strengthen connection, confidence, and respect, while increasing coping skills and reducing stress.
With a strong foundation in child development and evidence-based approaches, Lee works alongside children, parents, and allied health professionals to create safe, supportive environments where families can thrive. She brings a compassionate lens to her work, recognising and respecting the uniqueness of each parent, child, and family system.
She also supports the team as a Therapy Assistant, working collaboratively to implement therapy goals and guide parents through challenges in practical, meaningful ways. Whether supporting a child directly or walking alongside families, Leeis committed to helping people feel seen, heard, and empowered.
